Sara Raba

As a psychology student specializing in work & organizational psychology, I conduct research on topics related to executive coaching such as motivation, team dynamics and leadership development.
I help the coaches to stay up to date on the latest practices in the field. I also assist to administer and interpret psychological assessments such as personality tests, emotional intelligence assessments, etc.

I am in the process of completing my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at UVA (University of Amsterdam), with a specialization in social psychology as well as work and organizational psychology.
